The Congregational Care Team at Christ Hope Church is a dynamic ministry rooted in compassion, community, and Christ-centered service. This team is the heartbeat of our church family, ensuring no one walks alone in times of need or celebration. With four powerful branches, we are committed to uplifting, encouraging, and walking alongside every member of our congregation.

• Card Ministry – A handwritten note can brighten a day, spark hope, or bring comfort. Our Card Ministry sends thoughtful, Spirit-led messages to celebrate milestones, offer encouragement, or simply remind someone they’re loved and not forgotten.
• Bereavement & Meals – In times of loss or difficulty, this branch provides warm meals and even warmer hearts. We respond with compassion, surrounding grieving families or those in crisis with the tangible love of Christ through organized support and nourishment.
•  Prayers – We are a praying church. Our prayer warriors intercede faithfully for the needs of our congregation, lifting each request to the Lord with expectancy and belief in His power and peace.
• Visitation – Whether in the hospital, a care facility, or at home, our Visitation team brings the ministry of presence. We offer prayer, conversation, and the comforting reminder that no matter the circumstance, you are not alone.
